First you have to Install Samsung Kies Software on your computer. It take some time, After installation is finished restart your computer.Then close all running application on your android device. Connect your device to your computer via USB. Computer will automatically recognizance immediately.

When the mobile is connected on your computer Samsung Kies Application will search for updates automatically if the computer it is running on is connected to the Internet.

I recommenced you to stop this process, Before going to update you have to export your phone’s settings and data to the computer

Click Import/Export on Samsung kies. then click export. You can backup contacts, photos, music, videos…etc

After Backup click on Firmware update

Do not remove USB while updating. Your device may restart several times during update process. After updating you can import your backup dates to Mobile Phone
